But when you want to sleep, and all the anxiety and fear of your exams take over, sleeping gets tough. Luckily insomniacs are here with some tips you can follow to get a sound of 7-8 hours of sleep even on your exam days. Make time for your sleep:  You must make time for your sleep. You cannot expect to get a good night's sleep if you stay up till 1 or 2 in the morning. Set a proper bedtime and abide by it, even on exam days. Disturbing your sleep schedule even for a day can severely affect the quality of sleep you get. Try not to stress about the exam.  Stressing out about your exam can be one of the major reasons you are not able to sleep properly. Try different breathing techniques to keep your stress levels low. You think about work you know you have a lotta work but you are not doing the work rather thinking bout the work. Procrastination causes stress, anxiety, and most importantly gives you insomnia.
